VANTIX offers our employees a full range of high quality benefits that give them the protection and assurance they need. Our selection of health, dental and life insurance programs enables our employees to choose the right amount of coverage for their personal needs. Our package of retirement and saving options helps our employees prepare for the future.

Below you will find a brief description of the programs available under our benefits plan.

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans

Group medical, dental, and vision insurance plans are available on our employees' first day of employment. Several different plans are offered. Medical coverage is provided through a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), a Preferred Provider Access (PPA), or a traditional indemnity plan.

The vision plan is provided through a PPO network and provides coverage for eye exams, lenses, frames, contacts, and laser vision correction.

There are two dental plans available. The low option covers all routine dental services. The high option covers all routine services plus orthodontic services.

Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment

At no cost, full-time employees receive a group term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) policy equal to their annual salary, effective the first day of employment. Supplemental employee life (up to 5x salary) and supplemental AD&D coverage are available for purchase at group rates. Spouse and dependent child life insurance and AD&D coverage are also available.

Long-Term Disability

Both short-term and long-term disability coverage are offered to full-time employees. VANTIX pays the full cost for core short-term and core long-term disability. Employees have the option to purchase additional coverage for both plans at competitive group rates.


VANTIX offers employees competitive vacation and sick leave packages, as well as personal leave. The company observes 10 holidays per year.

Retirement Savings

VANTIX employees may save pre-tax dollars for retirement through The 401(k) Plan for Employees of Vantix Networks. VANTIX provides an employer match.

Employee Awards Programs

VANTIX recognizes employees through our Excellence Award Program, the Leadership Excellence Incentive Program, and the several local recognition and morale programs.

Employee Assistance Program

The VANTIX Employee Assistance Program (EAP), available to all VANTIX employees and their family members, provides assessment and referral services, short-term counseling and crisis intervention.
